Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. The service

0effort is a software platform for outbound sales automation: lead sourcing, ICP scoring, multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, AI voice), reply handling, meeting booking and CRM. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that endanger deliverability infrastructure, violate law or abuse third-party platform rules.

3. AI features

Sequence copy, reply classification and voice conversations may be generated by AI systems configured by you. You are responsible for reviewing the instructions, scripts and guardrails you set, and for the outreach sent from your workspace.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits (mailboxes, contacts, email volume, campaigns) apply per plan. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The Meeting Guarantee (Section 10) provides a service credit under stated conditions — that credit is not a refund.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you bring or generate in the platform. You grant us the licence necessary to operate the service on it. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted operation, or the outcome of any outreach. Third-party platforms (email providers, LinkedIn, telephony carriers) may impose their own limits that affect delivery.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the application. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact us through your account workspace or the support channel listed in the application.

10. Meeting Guarantee Terms

Growth and Scale plans include the meeting guarantee advertised on our homepage and pricing page: 3 qualified meetings in your first 45 days, or your next month is free. This section is the binding definition of that guarantee. Where it conflicts with marketing copy elsewhere, this section controls.

10.1 Qualified meeting. A "qualified meeting" is a meeting booked through the platform with a contact matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) configured in your workspace, that has not been cancelled. Meetings booked outside the platform, with contacts outside your configured ICP, or self-generated by you outside the platform's outreach do not count toward the guarantee.

10.2 Preconditions. The guarantee applies only if, throughout the 45-day guarantee period:

10.3 The 45-day clock. The clock starts on the date of your workspace's first campaign send, as recorded by the platform — not on the day you sign up. To confirm your clock-start date, contact hello@0effort.ai.

10.4 Claim window. To claim the guarantee, contact hello@0effort.ai within 14 days of the end of your day-45 window, referencing your workspace. Claims made after this window are not eligible.

10.5 Remedy. The remedy under this guarantee is a credit equal to one month of your current subscription fee, applied to your account. It is not a cash refund and is not transferable to another workspace or plan.

10.6 Exclusions. The guarantee does not apply where: a channel was degraded, disconnected, or throttled at your request or due to your own account restrictions (for example, a disconnected LinkedIn or voice integration you have not reconnected); your ICP is not addressable at the required volume (for example, a market or vertical with fewer live prospects than your plan's monthly sourcing target); or delivery was affected by force majeure, including third-party platform outages or policy changes outside our control (email providers, LinkedIn, telephony carriers).

10.7 One-time guarantee. This guarantee applies once, to the first 45 days of a new paid Growth or Scale subscription, starting from the clock defined in Section 10.3. It does not renew or recur on later billing cycles, upgrades, or reactivations of an existing workspace.
